Cucumber Jamun Quencher: A Cool Sip

Ingredients:
• 1 litre plain drinking water
• 1 large cucumber, sliced with skin intact
• 1/2 cup Aromacraft freeze dried java plums (jamun)
Instructions:
1. In a large glass jar, combine plain water, sliced cucumber (with skin), and java plums.
2. Stir the ingredients well to ensure they don’t settle at the bottom of the jar.
3. Cover the jar with a lid and allow the water to infuse with the flavours of cucumber and java plums. Steep for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. You can refrigerate the jar during this time.
4. The next morning, pour the infused water into a drinking glass and enjoy it instead of plain water or high-calorie sodas.
Note:
You can reuse the same ingredients by changing the water twice. Afterward, discard all the ingredients and prepare a fresh batch.
You can add few lemon drops and honey as per your choice.
