Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:
- 25g Aromacraft freeze-dried strawberry Powder
- 225g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 480g confectioners’ sugar
- 60ml heavy cream or whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle or whisk attachment, beat the softened butter on medium-high speed until creamy, approximately 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, strawberry powder, heavy cream/milk, and vanilla to the butter. Begin mixing on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high speed and beat for an additional 2 minutes.
- Taste the frosting and adjust the consistency by adding 1–2 more tablespoons of heavy cream/milk if desired. Add a pinch of salt to balance sweetness if necessary.
- Use the frosting immediately or store it tightly covered.
